Education develops not only in every countries, but also in the world. With the development of globalization, education becomes one of essential basic strength in the world. Every countries want to have more talented people because they can develop their countries. In the past, trade make countries develop with the world; but now, education also becomes an important way. The United State is one of developed country. Therefore, I want to how much international students that America has. In the number of International students in the U.S. Haynie Devon reports that the United States accept the highest number of international students during 2012-2013. There are 819,644 undergraduate and graduate students. The percent of international students develops every year. Haynie thinks international students give the U.S. an economic rises. 49 percent of international students come from China, India and South Korea. IIE officials says that different countries students prefer different major, such as Chinese students like to choose business and management; Indian students prefer science, technology, engineering, and math majors; and South Korean students are interested in business and the fine arts. Because of the scholarship programs, the number of undergraduate students who from Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait also rises. Because of different education background, “They bring a different perspective in the classroom and a great amount of cultural diversity to campus”. Why is education important? In this article,reasons,there are 15
reasons why education is extremely important. It includes:"overcoming
superstitions, keeping up with the world, education and healthcare, respect,
helps you understand the world we live in, makes the world a safer and more
peaceful place, makes you confident, society, for economic growth of the
nation, saves you from being fooled/cheated, turns your dreams into reality,
makes you self-dependent, equality, money, and for a happy and stable life." I agree
with that education benefit not only for ourselves, but also for countries and
the world. Education becomes an important way to develop cultural soft power. International education
is the most effective way to promote countries communication. With the development of countries, the number
of international students is rises.

international students around the U.S., knowing well what differences between
different countries education systems is interesting and useful. Because I am an
international student from China, I interesting about what differences between Chinese
and American education system, and which system is better, and what we can
